The Batch Counter BC 20 is a batch controller for panel mount with 96 mm x 96 mm dimension.

Variants for 24 V DC and 100-240 V AC are available.

The display shows the preselect value and the batched value. The flow rate is displayed by pressing a key.

The LCD with two lines and 16 character has a character high of 5.5 mm and is in low light conditions through the backlight easy to read.

The operation is simple by the number of keys. Entries must not be entered complicated by the arrow keys.

A high metering accuracing is guaranteed by the optiona 4 - 20 mA actuator output. The ramp function prevent hammers in pipelines.

Is switched off only via digital outputs (relais), a self-optimazing trailing amount will be turned on.

An extensive fault monitoring is available.

Optional, a flow control, various cleaning function and a Modbus interface can be ordered.
